Eternity in Vertigo

Written by Isobel Koppe

Oh my love,

Can't you see?

Your prayer -

Wasn't

Meant for me.

Somewhere, deep -

I see the trees,

That desire - to consume,

The Sea.

Like hands, that start,

Like yours,

In parts, they

Call upon - some

Work of Art.

Perhaps,

In time, you'll grow -

A heart,

And that

Might just,

Set you apart?

You need the space,

To fall,

Create.

And what about,

What I

Can take?

Fall in,

And out -

Of love,

With me - but

Not until,

Eternity.

I climb, that mountain,

Up to see,

That you,

Just aren't - enough,

For me.
